A powerfully relaxing and grounding blend for use anytime when stressful activity is engaged in such as exams to driving tests or interviews to phobias – simply “sniff” from the bottle.

Combining essential oils of Basil, Roman Chamomile, Clary Sage, Frankincense, Lavender, Orange, Sandalwood and Ylang Ylang.

Blends well with Blend 20 (Restful Sleep) and Blend 40 (Ultimate Relax).

Do not use if pregnant or if you have low blood pressure.
