A little bit about me

I live in Elmer Sands, Bognor Regis with my partner and daughter. We live 5 minutes from the beach with woods and fields behind us. So perfect for walking our 3 dogs! I enjoy swimming in the sea and running when I can. Exercise has always played a big part in my life.

I have always been interested in how we can support our health and wellbeing naturally and this led me into the world of Complementary Therapies over 20 years ago.
